Hal Bouley’s 32 years as a realtor have given him exceptional knowledge and experience to contribute to the industry in multiple ways. He has served as an expert witness in court cases and also teaches real estate courses at Coastline Community College. Educated at Cal State Long Beach with graduate studies at UC Irvine, he continued his schooling in his chosen profession with extensive training at real estate seminars and conferences.
