A lifelong Orange County resident, Hal Bouley has been Orange
County's Realtor since 1973 and an award-winning agent, broker,
property manager, and business owner. Since 1988, he has also been
a Professor of courses such as Real Estate Principles & Practices
(required by the State of California to receive a Real Estate License),
Real Estate Ethics, and Real Estate Appraisal. In addition, Hal has
served as an Expert Witness in Real Estate legal cases.
